Thanks for shopping with Avori Official. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your Halo to you.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimums, no codes — it's just included.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
During launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If that happens, we'll let you know.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it's placed. Total time from checkout to doorstep is typically 4–10 business days for standard shipping.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive it.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping: International delivery takes up to 10 business days. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at avori.info@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can update the address any time before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it, and Avori is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please:
- Check with neighbors, your mailroom, or your building's front desk
- Wait 48 hours—carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
- If it still hasn't turned up, email us at avori.info@gmail.com
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
For packages lost in transit (no delivery scan after 15 business days), we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
