Refund policy

We designed the Halo to be something you'll love using every day. If it's not right for you, returning it is simple.

15-Day Free Returns

You can return your Halo for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, for any reason. We cover the cost of return shipping for all U.S. orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, with no significant signs of wear or damage
  • In its original packaging, with all included accessories (USB-C cable, documentation)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at avori.info@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return (feedback helps us improve)
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Please don't send returns back without contacting us first. Items returned without a return authorization may not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges (if any, e.g., expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Halo arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately with a free replacement or a full refund. You'll never pay return shipping for our mistake.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to decline returns that are:

  • Requested more than 30 days after delivery
  • Missing major components or packaging
  • Damaged due to misuse (these may instead be covered under warranty — just ask us)
